Jessie, our Operations Manager, ensures your river cruise runs smoothly and exactly as promised. As the main point of contact for clients outside Germany, she manages daily operations with a strong focus on efficiency and quality. She oversees all administrative processes, coordinates onboard services, and makes sure every detail meets your expectations. With her organizational skills, dedication, and keen eye for quality, Jessie delivers your river cruise with care and precision.
Our experienced team oversees all aspects of your river cruise with our nautical partners and operators. They ensure that everything runs smoothly on board, ashore and at the docking port. This includes crew, availability, locks and docks, reservations at desired ports and extends to premium catering, itinerary planning and certification management. RNM river cruises coordinates all aspects of ship administration, including safety drills, gas oil deliveries and collaborations with agents in all visited
countries.
As with nautical management, we team up with technical experts who oversee and check every detail on board to ensure hassle-free and safe sailing. This entails, but is not excluded to service, repairs, warranty, operations and technical reports.
In partnership with a specialized hotel management partner, we deliver a comprehensive hospitality and catering service on board.
