Jessie, our Operations Manager, ensures your river cruise runs smoothly and exactly as promised. As the main point of contact for clients outside Germany, she manages daily operations with a strong focus on efficiency and quality. She oversees all administrative processes, coordinates onboard services,   and makes sure every detail meets your expectations. With her organizational skills, dedication, and keen eye for quality, Jessie delivers your river cruise with care and precision.

The key to success is achieving the right balance   between the growing demand for river cruises  and the availability of premium ships.  To keep pace with this demand, Otto is focused on  new build projects and building strategic alliances with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in this competitive industry.

Nautical management 

Our experienced team oversees all aspects of your river cruise with our nautical partners and operators. They ensure that everything runs smoothly on board, ashore and at the docking port. This includes crew, availability, locks and docks, reservations at desired ports and extends to premium catering, itinerary planning and certification management. RNM river cruises coordinates all aspects of ship administration, including safety drills, gas oil deliveries and collaborations with agents in all visited
countries. 

Technical management 

As with nautical management, we team up with technical experts who oversee and check every detail on board to ensure hassle-free and safe sailing. This entails, but is not excluded to service, repairs, warranty, operations and technical reports.

Hospitality management

In partnership with a specialized hotel management partner, we deliver a comprehensive hospitality and catering service on board. Together, we develop tailored concepts in close consultation to meet the specific desires and needs of your guests. Our daily goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience, always prepared to go above and beyond to stand out.

Shipbuilding

We are your partner when it comes to building ships. From design and construction to certification and supervising the building process, our dedicated team takes care of it. We provide comprehensive consultation by our RNM river cruises experts. With decades of expertise in the river cruising industry, we guide you to turn your concept into a reality.
